Powell’s Landing is a Permanent Supportive Housing community serving a diverse population of individuals and families who were previously experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. The community is designed to provide stable housing paired with supportive services that promote long-term well-being and self-sufficiency.

All residents receive Project-Based Vouchers through Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) and are connected with assigned caseworkers who provide support with mental health services, life skills, and access to essential community resources. Residents benefit from a wide range of on-site programming and services, including counseling, a food bank offered twice weekly, cooking classes, bus pass assistance, craft activities, clothing donations, and more.

The property features 69 studio apartments and offers outdoor amenities that encourage community engagement and recreation, including:
