Residents are referred through partner agencies including the Veterans Administration, County of Santa Clara Office of Supportive Housing, and Housing Choices Coalition. Individuals seeking supportive housing are encouraged to work with their case manager for referral opportunities.

Community amenities include a community room with kitchen, sixth-floor solarium, computer lab with free building-wide internet, fitness area, secure bike storage and workshop space, outdoor BBQ and gathering areas, laundry facilities, and on-site property management and supportive services. Residents also receive a complimentary annual VTA Eco Pass for free bus and light rail service throughout Santa Clara County.
