Designed to support stability and independence, the development provides thoughtfully planned housing paired with opportunities for connection and community engagement.

The community includes 65 studio apartments, 28 one-bedroom homes, and a two-bedroom manager’s unit. PATH Villas at 4th Street was intentionally designed to foster a strong sense of community through welcoming shared spaces, including a landscaped courtyard, small dog park, community room with a teaching kitchen, outdoor patio areas, and on-site resident programming.
