Kifer Senior Apartments is an affordable and supportive housing community located at 3333 Kifer Road in Santa Clara, providing 80 homes designed to promote stability, independence, and wellbeing for older adults.

The community includes 79 residential apartments, consisting of 30 studios, 45 one-bedroom, and 4 two-bedroom homes, along with one on-site staff unit. Designed for adults ages 55 and older, Kifer Senior Apartments reserves 54 homes for individuals experiencing homelessness, while 25 apartments are available to the general public through a lottery process. Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers are welcomed.

Kifer Senior Apartments serves households earning between 20% and 50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Utilities, including water, garbage, and PG&E, are paid by the property owner. Additional household members must be at least 45 years of age at the time of application, with the exception of approved live-in aides.

Residents enjoy a variety of modern amenities, including community gathering spaces, a rooftop terrace, computer room, secure bicycle parking, and on-site vehicle parking. Located within walking distance of the Lawrence Caltrain Station, the community offers convenient regional connectivity throughout the Bay Area.

Comprehensive on-site supportive services are provided by Abode, including health and wellness programming, substance use support, vocational and financial literacy workshops, and individualized self-sufficiency counseling, helping residents maintain long-term housing stability and quality of life.
